Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take big bowl add gram flour add purpose flour,turmeric powder,oil,salt mix it well knead into a semi stiff dough using enough water

Cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes.

* Step 3

Next step in a bowl add dry counut powder,fennel seeds,gram flour, white seasme seeds and cumin seeds

* Step 4

Coriander powder, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, garma masala, fennel seeds, sugar,Imli ki Chutney and salt.

* Step 5

Blend it in a mixture to a coarse powder

* Step 6

Take dough and roll it into a log cut the long in 2-3 equal parts take one part of of dough &roll between you palm to get a round shape flatten and the dough on a rolling board.

Apply bakarwadi masala spread well make a roll cut into 1/2 pieces press gently and to hot oil and bakarwadi lntially fry on medium flame then increase the flame to high until golden brown. Our bakarwadi is ready to eat.
