Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take handful of dal and keep inside
* Step 2
Pulse cumin seeds along with Dal for coarsely grind mixture
* Step 3
Take big bowl add grinded dal salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder add whole dal (which was kept aside)mix it well.
* Step 4
Apply oil in hands and make round shape vadas add deep fry until golden brown serve hot.
