Cooking instructions

* Step 1

One to follow if using quick cook oats add oil to a hot pan

* Step 2

When the oil is hot add cumin, mustard, dala and Hing.

* Step 3

Allow the dals to turn golden brown and curry leaves green chillies and Finley

* Step 4

Chopped vegetables fry till the onions vegetables are soft cover and cook if needed

* Step 5

Add quick oats salt and fry for one to two minutes without burring. Sprinkle 3tsp water mix cover and cook

* Step 6

For about minutes garnish with granted coconut coriander leaves and lemon wedge dry roast for about 5 minutes in a wide pan set the aside to cool this is optional but help to remove

Drain up the entire water add turmeric if you prefer to use tomato you can add it now and fry till it turns mushy add the rinsed oats sprinkle salt mix well reduce the flame to low cover cook for about 6to 7 minutes stirring occasionally till full cook if needed you can sprinkle little water if you want it to be mushy it taste good as it oats upma is best served with yogurt. 🤑👌👌
