Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the horsegram and soak it in water, just like you soak beans or chick peas. Soak overnight or for 10-12 hours.home made grow
* Step 2
Drain and put in a colander for 4-5 hours until most of the water drains out but they are still slightly moist.
* Step 3
Pressure cook oil add cumin seeds curry leaves
* Step 4
Now add chopped onions &chopped tomatoes saute few minutes
* Step 5
Now add garlic &ginger paste saute few minutes add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder red garma Masala salt
* Step 6
Mix well saute few minutes now add half cup water 2 whistles and simmer for 10 minutes now sprouts curry ready...
