This is one of my new healthy recipes. 620 calories total. 155 calories per serving

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus

* Step 2

Steam vegetables in water

* Step 3

In separate pan, heat yogurt butter and sauté chopped onions.

* Step 4

Add 4 links of chopped buffalo chicken sausage (thin and trim brand)

* Step 5

Add steamed vegetables and add spinach

* Step 6

Sprinkle adobo and garlic powder to taste
