A mixture of two different Mixtures or Chiwda or Chudwa or Namkeen whatever name we ought to give it, it's absolutely flavourful and aromatic, crunchy and crisp to the last bite. And that too all are oven roasted and absolutely healthy and nutritious.
A scrumptious snack that is perfect for anytime, anywhere. And on a rainy evening either on a weekend or just about any given day, it pairs up beautifully with Chai or Coffee. Whether it's Tea-time or Shaam ki Chai or just a casual evening time, it's a great family munchie.
Everyone would love it and if that's healthy and nutritious, then who wouldn't try it. Even if it's done in an oven with almost nil amount of oil when compared to deep frying, it is such a wonderful option. You will just love it.
No more compromise on health when you can do it in the comfort of your homes. Do give it a try and see the difference for yourselves. You won't have to compromise on taste or flavour or texture. It's way too amazing.
And combining both Puffed and Flattened Rice to make a special combination Mixture or even Chaat by me is just pure love for healthy food. That's it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast puffed rice with a tablespoon of oil and salt in a preheated oven on 200° for 25-30 minutes. Keep a vigilant eye over it while it's getting done and especially 5 minutes prior to the time set by you. Also keep tossing and turning it once or twice to ensure it's proper roasting.
* Step 2
Roast flattened rice or poha with some oil and salt in a preheated oven on 200° for 25-30 minutes. Keep a vigilant eye over it while it's getting done and especially 5 minutes prior to the time set by you. Also keep tossing and turning it once or twice to ensure it's proper roasting. Keep it stored in airtight containers and use it accordingly. That way, we would be saving on a lot of time.
* Step 3
Also roast peanuts and curry leaves with a little of oil and salt on 200° in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Nuts also can be roasted in a similar fashion or even be store bought as well.
* Step 4
Now it's the last part that has to be done. So let's mix up everything in a container along with the powdered spices too and toss well. That's it. Salt can be adjusted accordingly.
* Step 5
It's absolutely done and all ready to be enjoyed with your loved ones. You can also make chaat with it by just adding some lemon juice and a few vegetables like those of onions, tomatoes, capsicum and cucumbers. Yum!
