Fish and Creamy spinach with Tomatoes:
A low-fat, hearty fish supper that uses just less ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan/gas 6.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the spinach and cook, stirring, until it wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
* Step 2
Add the cream and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 3 minutes or until the mixture reduces. Remove from heat add cheese mix well.
* Step 3
Then place spinach in the bottom of a small baking dish and sit haddock pieces on top sprinkle some chilli flakes.
* Step 4
Lay sliced tomatoes on top of the fish and sprinkle with salt & pepper and the cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 mins (depending on thickness of the haddock), or until the fish flakes easily.
Serve hot ♨️🍲
