Strawberry 🍓 & Mango 🥭 cheesecake
I love cheesecake, in 2018 myself and my husband lost weight for health reasons. I lost 3 stone and Karl lost 5 stone and it's been very hard to keep the new weight without putting a little weight on. So I try to make meals and puddings with either no or low sugar or fat. So this cheesecake is fresh fruit soft Philadelphia cheese and @thatcherfocaccia jammy Dodger recipe for the base.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop strawberries and peel and chop mango
* Step 2
Add Philadelphia and use hand blender to smooth.
* Step 3
Take your heart biscuits previously made. Put them back in heart ramakin and scoop cheesecake mix in up to top and set in fridge overnight.
* Step 4
Decorate with a strawberry in half And they look like this and taste delicious 😋 had one for breakfast.
