“Grilled” Salmon belly on stove

Love this way of replicating the taste of grilled meats/fish without heating up my oven. Takes less time and cleaning is a breeze with the parchment paper laid on the pan!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lay Parchment paper on flat-based pan. Turn on the heat to high for about 2-3 mins. Lower the heat to medium.

* Step 2

Place salmon skin side down. Cook for 2 mins, then turn other way and cook another 1-2 mins. Season with pink salt and cracked black pepper!
