Stovetop Hotdog and Potato Stew
For the love of hotdogs and potatoes. A different way to have them instead of hotdogs and french fries. You could add dill weed, chives, sour cream, bacon, cheese, practically anything. This is the base of the stew. The skies not the limits.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the potatoes get the hotdogs and slice them into rounds. Coat the potatoes with olive oil and salt lightly. Chop the onion. Add to the potatoes in a pot and begin to cook.
* Step 2
As they begin to cook add butter and fry day seasonings.
* Step 3
Cook the potatoes stirring occasionally. Cover after each time after stirring. When the potatoes are almost fork tender add the hotdogs. Carefully fold in the hotdogs.
* Step 4
Cook covered till hotdogs are heated through. Add the flour and carefully incorporate it into the potatoes and hotdogs. Cover cook for 2 minutes add the chicken broth. Simmer stirring occasionally and gently.
* Step 5
