Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place the chopped onion and potato in a bowl

* Step 2

Throw in the curry and coriander leaves followed by green chillies

* Step 3

Add the dry spices and salt

* Step 4

Next add the flours and mix into a dough by adding 2 tbn oil

* Step 5

Rest covered for 15 minutes

* Step 6

After the resting period, heat oil for frying

* Step 7

As the oil heats up, prepare lemon sized portions of the mixture

* Step 8

Deep fry until crisp and brown

* Step 9

Rest the fried fritters on an absorbent paper for a few seconds

* Step 10

Serve with chutneys/dips of your choice
