Finger Millet-Oats Brownie

Sugar free and loaded with nutrients, these dark brownies are a treat for all and especially healthy for kids and those with diabetics

Ingredient

250 gm

yogurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve all the dry ingredients, except sugar in a bowl

* Step 2

Combine yogurt, sugar,vanila and oil in another bowl and whisk well till sugar dissolves

* Step 3

Now add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mix and fold in well

Grease a baking dish with a Tb butter /oil

* Step 5

Pour in the brownie mix into it and level / flatten the surface

* Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree celcius or until done

* Step 7

Let cool and take the brownie off on a plate and cut into pieces

* Step 8

Store airtight and indulge!!
