Rocket Leaves-Nuts Salad (roasted sesame dressing)

Arugula, also known as salad or garden rocket, is one of the nutritious green leafy vegetables of Mediterranean origin. It has many vital phytochemicals, anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals that immensely benefit health. Sesame seeds sauce is a traditional Japanese salad dressing style. When consumed in moderation, they helps maintain Low cholesterol, balance hormonal levels, and improve blood pressure. The addition of nuts here makes this salad, crunchy and nutritious. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean the rocket leaves thoroughly in running water and let the water drain in a colander

* Step 2

Dry roast the nuts in a non stick pan for 2 minutes and take off heat once the nutty aroma is generated

* Step 3

For assembling, place the rocket leaves in a mixing bowl.

* Step 4

Add the nuts, seeds, salt, black pepper crushed, cheese and sesame seeds salad dressing

* Step 5

Combine/toss all the ingredients well

* Step 6

Serve immediately
