Chingri vapa or steamed prawn in Mustard seeds
Steamed prawn is a traditional authentic Bengali dish. It is one of the popular recipe in bengal. This recipe is very delicious and we can make it very easily.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean the prawns, marinade with salt and turmeric powder for 10.mnts
* Step 2
Soak mustard seeds and cumin seeds in hot water for 10 mnts.
* Step 3
Make a paste of the mustard seeds using blender.
* Step 4
Now take paste,curd in a bowl and beat using a spoon,add salt, green chilli, mustard oil and mix well. Add prawns and mix.
* Step 5
Now marinade the prawns for 10 mnts
* Step 6
Take a marinade prawns in a microwave proof bowl
* Step 7
Cover the bowl and cook for 10 minutes.steamed prawns is ready.serve with hot rice.
