Chilli garlic fish
A delicious, tangy Indo-chinese dish, Chilli Garlic Fish is everything an appetizer or a side dish should be.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
.Cut the fish fillets into cubes. Add salt,pepper powder,lemon juice,chilli powder and rub these on the fish cubes.set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
.Make a batter with corn flour, maida, baking powder, soy sauce, pepper powder, water and salt.
* Step 3
Dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry in oil till golden brown.. Grind the red chillies with little water into a smooth paste
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan. add onion and capsicum.bring these to brown than Add garlic, ginger and green chilli. Add soy sauce, chilli and tomato sauce and little water.Mix well.
Add salt,black pepper powder,and mix well. Add fried fish and toss to mix
* Step 5
Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leavs.
