Coffee & Banana Frozen Yoghurt

Homemade frozen yoghurt recipe with just a few ingredients and no ice cream machine! #sweettooth #frozendessert

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings

Cooking time :

5 minutes
1/2 cup

yoghurt

1/4 cup

water

2 tsp

sugar

1 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the bananas and slice them. Keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.

In a saucepan, heat water and sugar on medium flame. Once hot, turn the flame off and add coffee powder. Mix it well and keep aside to cool down.

* Step 3

Place the frozen banana slices, yoghurt and brewed coffee in the jar of a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Add honey and chopped walnuts, pulse to combine.

Pour it into a freezer safe container. Freeze overnight.

Drizzle honey and garnish with chopped walnuts. Serve.
