Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take mixing bowl add gram flour,yogurt and egg mix well add water if required and make a semi thick batter
* Step 2
Add onion,chilli,and all spices,baking soda,mix well
* Step 3
Take hot pan add butter spread on the pan,now put 3 tbsp batter and spread all over the pan as a thin layer,and cover it for 2 minutes in medium flame
* Step 4
Than open and turn it over,and cook another side,turn off the flame,cut into pieces (optional)
* Step 5
Besan egg pan cake is ready to serve with your favourite sauce or chutney..Enjoy ☺️🤗
