Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First grind all dry fruits in small pieces not make powder,than roast in 1 tbsp desi ghee,for 3 minutes,takeout separate,
* Step 2
Take pan add 4 tbsp ghee add wheat flour and semolina and roast till light brown in colour,than takeout than same pan add 1/4 cup of water and jaggery with 1 tbsp ghee,stir well and after melting add jaggery powder mix well,jaggery syrup is ready
* Step 3
Take big bowl add all dry ingredients and lastly add jaggery syrup and quickly mix well,than make a round shape laddu with your grease hands palm, all laddu make quickly before laddu materials is cooldown.
* Step 4
Rest in cool down,Store in air tight container,dry fruits Laddu is ready you can eat daily 1 laddu,it's very healthy and yummy too.
