Sprouts Dosa or Pesarattu or mung dal Dosa
Moong sprouts Dosa OR Pesarattu are crispy crepes made from ground whole mung lentils batter. These healthy crepes are a popular breakfast recipe from Andhra Pradesh.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a grinder jar, add washed and soaked moong sprouts,chilli and ginger and grind it with the help of required water, like dosa batter paste.
* Step 2
Take out bowl, then add rice flour, all spices and mix well, in last add baking soda, mix instantly well, and rest for 15 minutes
* Step 3
Take dosa pan or nonstick pan, grease with oil or desi ghee (use desi ghee for good taste and crispy), put dosa batter, spread all over the pan like dosa, sprinkle onions.
* Step 4
Add Sprouts and chat masala, cover it of few seconds then open add lit bit ghee, cook till crispy and golden brown in colour.
* Step 5
Serve hot with coconut chutney, it's very nutritional and healthy too, you can eat as a dinner, lunch or breakfast. Enjoy.
