Ingredient

190 grams

Condensed milk

2 teaspoons

Ghee

As needed

Gulkand

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a blender, add 4 betel leaves, condensed milk, organic food colour and blend until smooth.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut and roast till it turns golden brown in colour.

* Step 3

Add the blended mixture in it and mix it well.

* Step 4

Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

* Step 5

Take some mixture in your hand and flatten it.

* Step 6

Add some gulkand on top of it and roll it into a ball.

* Step 7

Roll them in coconut.
