Dhaba Style Paneer Paratha
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add grated paneer,mint coriander, grated cheese,red chilli,turmeric,amchur powder,Chaat masala,ajwain
* Step 2
Then take wheat dough and make a roundel out of it then roll it into medium size with the help of rolling pin
* Step 3
Then add add the stuffing and start folding it from the edge and make it round and again roll it and don't make it too thin or too thick
* Step 4
Heat a pan on medium flame.then Transfer the paratha on the pan
* Step 5
Fry the paneer parathas on both the sides until you see golden to light brown spots on both the sides.Once done turn off the flame
* Step 6
Serve it hot with curd, pickle and enjoy your paratha
