Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat water on medium flame, add semolina, mix it well then add capsicum, beans, carrot, onion and green chilli.. Then add salt, black pepper powder. Mix it well together..
* Step 2
Now cook it on medium flame about 2-3 mins. When mixture leaves the sides of the pan switch off the flame and keep aside to cool. Now make a thin, runny batter of refined flour with adding 1/2 cup water without any lumps.
* Step 3
Now mix the red chilli flakes with bread crumbs. Now Grease the hand with oil and make heart shape structure of semolina mixture.
* Step 4
Prepare all the heart cutlet. Now dip one by one cutlets into refined flour batter than roll over the cutlets on bread crumbs.
* Step 5
Make all the cutlets like this way. Now heat refined oil into the pan deep fry all the cutlets till it golden brown or crispy. Now take it out from the oil on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
* Step 6
Now serve it hot with your favorite green chutney or ketchup as snacks.
