Ingredient

250-300 gms

Rice flour

1 big bowl

Grated coconut

50 gms

Khoya

1 cup

Sugar

as required

Warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat pan add grated coconut, sugar and grated khoya. Mix well and saute for 3-4 mins on medium flame. Now make a soft dough of rice flour with adding warm water.

Now Make a divide the dough into small portion and make a round shape and fill the coconut, khoya mixture into it.

Fill the mixture into middle of dough closed it properly like this way.

* Step 4

Prepared all the dough and now steam it into idli steamer on medium flame for 10-15 mins.

Now it's done. Serve it hot.
