With leftover idly’s

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the idly’s into cubes and deep fry it until golden brown

* Step 2

In a pan heat oil add ginger garlic until raw smell gone.. add onions tomatoes and capsicum one by one and sauté well

* Step 3

Add sauces one by one ketchup, tomatoes sauce, chilli sauce turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala.., soya sauce

* Step 4

Mix all together and cooked well.. add fried idly’s and finally add coriander.. lime juice is optional
