Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly chop the chicken into cubes of desired size. Wash well and let it drain.
* Step 2
Assemble the required ingredients. Slice the onions. Peel the garlic. Cut the capsicum into small cubes.
* Step 3
In a small bowl mix cornflour and water and make a slurry.
* Step 4
Heat a non-stick kadai and add olive oil. When it turns hot, add the sliced onions, cubed chicken, Kashmiri chilli powder, spicy red chilli powder, and salt. Fry on low-medium flame for 20 minutes.
* Step 6
Add the garlic cloves, cubed capsicum, green chillies, curry leaves, and whole black peppercorns. Cook for 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Add the cornflour slurry and cook for a few minutes.
* Step 9
Super delicious Chicken Capsicum is ready. Serve and enjoy it hot as a starter or as a side dish.
