Creamy Avocado Dip
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, assemble all the required ingredients. Cut the avocado into two halves. Take out the pit. Scoop out the flesh.
* Step 2
In a blender, add the chopped avocado, garlic, chopped green chillies, whole black peppercorns, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and grated cheese.
* Step 5
Blend into a smooth consistency. Transfer it into a serving bowl.
* Step 6
Creamy, Healthy and Cheesy Avocado Dip is ready. Enjoy it with crackers, crusty bread or veggie sticks.
