Boiled Egg Salad with Thousand Island Dressing

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble the required ingredients.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above under the heading “For the Thousand Island Dressing” and mix until well combined. Thousand Island Dressing is ready. Set it aside.
* Step 3
Boil the eggs and the sweet corn separately. Grate only two boiled eggs. Chop all the veggies.
* Step 4
In a mixing bowl, add the chopped veggies, white and black pepper powders, mixed herbs and mexican seasoning and mix it well.
* Step 5
To prepare the Egg Salad alongwith the boiled egg yolk: In a mixing bowl, add the two grated boiled eggs. Add a required amount of the veggie mixture and mix it well.
* Step 6
Add a required amount of the thousand island dressing and mix it until well combined. If required, add some more of the thousand island dressing, according to your taste and preference.
* Step 7
The boiled egg salad included with the boiled egg yolks is ready to serve.
* Step 9
Now to prepare the egg salad without the boiled egg yolks: In a mixing bowl, add the remaining chopped veggies with the seasoning. Add four chopped boiled egg whites. Add a required amount of the thousand island dressing and mix it until well combined.
* Step 10
The boiled egg salad with only the boiled egg whites is ready to serve. Both the salads can be served and enjoyed by itself or alongwith Parle Nutricrunch Sugar Free Lite Crackers.
