Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, peel the bananas and chop them into small pieces and keep them ready on a plate along with the rest of the ingredients.
* Step 2
Add ghee into a nonstick pan and let it melt.
* Step 3
Add the chopped bananas, freshly grated coconut, and sugar.
* Step 4
Add cardamom powder and mix well till the sugar melts.
* Step 5
Now add two tablespoons each of the chopped almonds and pistachios setting aside some for garnish. Mix well.
* Step 6
Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Remove in a bowl and garnish with the remaining chopped almonds and pistachios.
* Step 8
Banana Halwa is ready to enjoy for dessert.
