Schezwan Paneer Fingers

#5pm #deepfried #chefbypassion A lip-smacking and easy to make snack, these crispy Schezwan Paneer Fingers are perfect for any parties, occasions or evening lite bites.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the self raising flour and cornflour in a bowl. Add salt and enough water and mix well. Add vinegar and soy sauce and mix.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add onions, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli flakes and stir well. After a minute remove from flame and add it to the batter. Mix well.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Dip the paneer fingers in the batter. Fry until crispy and golden brown.

* Step 4

Remove, drain excess oil and serve hot with sauce or chutney of choice.
