Chinese Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce

This is a restaurant style Chinese Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce and a great meal to prepare as it tastes delicious and is fast to cook. Juicy chicken pieces are marinated with salt,black pepper,vinegar,egg white and deep fried to perfection with stir fried onion capsicum and are later tossed in a delicious homemade garlic flavoured Black Pepper Sauce.Serve this flavourful dish alongwith Chinese Mixed Veg Chowmein or Egg Fried Rice on a special weekend dinner.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut boneless chicken breast into thin strips.Marinate with salt,vinegar,garlic paste,egg white and cornflour for 30 minutes.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry twice to light golden brown to get a crispy coating,while soft inside.Remove excess oil.
* Step 2
In 2 tbsp oil,fry green and red dry chillies.Set aside. Sprinkle minced garlic and fry lightly.Add cubed onion and capsicum and stir fry.Add fried chicken and toss.Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce,ajinomoto,salt to taste,black pepper powder, fried green and red chillies.Add 1/4 th cup water and boil 2 minutes.Add cornflour slurry and quickly toss till gravy thickens and coats chicken.
* Step 3
Serve delicious and flavourful restaurant style Chinese Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce on any weekend special dinner alongwith Mixed Veg Chowmein or Egg Fried Rice.
