Pan roasted Kerala Prawns

Prawn roast is a spicy appetiser and goes very well as a side dish to rice or any Indian flat bread.This cuisine is more popular in the Southern region of India Kerala and is a delicious recipe with the tingling aroma of curry leaves and green chillies and black pepper.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate prawns with little salt,turmeric and lemon juice for 30 minutes.Heat oil in a nonstick pan.Fry the onion.Then add ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper,tandoori masala,salt to taste and add prawns one by one alongwith marinade.Add curd and roasted curry leaves,few chopped green chillies and toss.
* Step 2
Make a paste of cornflour and add it to the prawns and toss till dry and masala is well roasted and coats the prawns.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice.Serve hot.
