Fall Off The Bone Baked Ribs

An easy way to have melt in your mouth ribs. No BBQ needed. Use the spice rub I linked or use your own dry rub. I put in the directions how to serve with your favorite BBQ sauce too!

Ingredient

3 1/2 hours
4 pound

rack of ribs

1 teaspoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Smokey spicy meat rub recipe or your own favorite spices.

* Step 2

In a large baking dish add meat and rub spices.

* Step 3

Rub spices all over ribs on both sides.

* Step 4

Cover baking dish with ribs with aluminum foil. Make sure it's a tight seal.

* Step 5

Place into a pre heated oven at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.

* Step 6

Remove from oven. Carefully remove foil and drain fats and meat juices that have accumulated. Reseal with foil and cook another 90 minutes.

* Step 7

Remove foil and drain any excess liquids and fat. Place ribs under broiler for 3-5 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve. You now have fall off the bone ribs that are just melt in your mouth delicious.

* Step 9

If you want a BBQ SAUCE version, when you put ribs under the broiler brush on your favorite sauce. Then broil. Remove when sauce gets thicker and just a touch browned.
