Teriyaki Salmon & Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
This dish is out of this world. Its flavorful, healthy, enriched with omega 3 and most of all , done under 30 minutes. Healthy eating doesn't need to be intimidating and so is being in the kitchen. After a long day at School, I just want to whip it quick and replenish my body with nutrition & minerals and also add comfort to my soul.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre-heat your oven on broil. First, Rinse and pat dry your salmon and set aside. Next, start with your sauce by Combining rice vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, 1/4 cup honey, and corn starch in a bowl.
* Step 2
Second, add 1/3 cup of the sauce on the salmon and massage for a minute by flipping over one time to make sure every single bite is coated with sauce.
* Step 3
Third, add your salmon to a foiled tray as shown. Massage your Brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar and add to tray. Next, on medium heat in a small sauce pan, add the remaining of the sauce and mix until it thickens in texture.
* Step 4
Put in the oven for 8minutes, then take out to glaze with the thickened sauce. Pop back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Mash your Brussel sprouts from the center with the bottom of a cup. Garnish with the grated parmesan.
