Boil milk with sugar till half the quantity.Add warm milk to powder milk and make a paste of it.Add it to the boiling milk.Also make a paste of cornflour and add it to the milk.This thickens the milk.Then add saffron and cardamom powder. Squeeze out the sugar syrup from rasgullas and dip in the thick creamy kheer.Garnish with chopped almonds and serve chilled.
