Pear and chocolate tart: gluten free
Pears are in season now. This is a gluten free recipy. The soft pears and the glorieus taste of Belgian chocolat : a treat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Butter the spring mold. Put in baking paper. Butter again. Sprinkle with 2 tb sugar. Preheat oven 180° C
* Step 2
Break the chocolat into pieces and melt au bain marie with the butter. Add the cointreau and hazelnuts
Cool
* Step 3
Split the eggs. Cream the egg yolks with the sugar
* Step 4
Add the cooled chocolate mixture
* Step 5
Beat the egg whites into stiff peakes. Fold in the chocolate mixture
* Step 6
Poor the dough into the mold.
* Step 7
Cut the pears into thin slices. Push pears i to dough in a round shape
* Step 8
Bake for 40 min on 180°C oven
* Step 9
Cool completly in the mold
