NEAPOLITAN MILANESE. JON STYLE

Milanese Napolitana is a dish that was created in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the 1940s. It is typically served with fries.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

SEASONING MEAT In a bowl mix the spices and condiment the steaks on both sides. Place the meat between plastic wrap. With a meat pounder tenderize the steaks a bit.

Mix 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs. Dip the steaks in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.

Fry the breaded steaks until golden brown on both sides. Do not overcook it. Put it on paper towels to drain the excess of oil.

Place the steaks on a baking sheet. Cover the steaks with slices of prosciutto or ham, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. In a bowl mix the seasoning for the cover and sprinkle on top of the mozzarella cheese.

Put in the oven at high temperature or broil so that the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
