NEAPOLITAN MILANESE. JON STYLE
Milanese Napolitana is a dish that was created in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the 1940s. It is typically served with fries.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
SEASONING MEAT
In a bowl mix the spices and condiment the steaks on both sides.
Place the meat between plastic wrap. With a meat pounder tenderize the steaks a bit.
* Step 2
Mix 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs.
Dip the steaks in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
* Step 3
Fry the breaded steaks until golden brown on both sides. Do not overcook it. Put it on paper towels to drain the excess of oil.
* Step 4
Place the steaks on a baking sheet. Cover the steaks with slices of prosciutto or ham, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
In a bowl mix the seasoning for the cover and sprinkle on top of the mozzarella cheese.
* Step 5
Put in the oven at high temperature or broil so that the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
* Step 6
The typical way is to be served with fries, but you can also serve it with pasta if you wish.
