Dry Black Spice Burger

I made this by myself when I was cooking for a few friends.

Ingredient

Food ration :

up to 8 serving

Cooking time :

18 hours
4-7 pinches

black sesame seeds

2 Cups

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, You're going to want to add the ingredients together in a bowl.

* Step 2

Next, while mixing those, allow the burger to meat to fry for about 5 minutes without seasoning

* Step 3

Then, you'll slowly drop some seasoning mix on it from the bowl...

* Step 4

Then you want to take it off the burner and let rest for 2-3 hours at room temp

* Step 5

Then you want to Warm the meat in either the microwave oven, microwave in general, or oven

* Step 6

Then you will put it in the fridge for about 4-5 hours

* Step 7

Afterwards, take it directly to the oven to broil in the mixture inside of a pan with tin foil on top

* Step 8

After that, take it out, let it rest at room temp for about 10 hours

* Step 9

Then, you'll refry the burgers without any seasoning whatsoever (since the seasoning is already dried up and soaked into the meat)

* Step 10

To wrap it up, you'll just eat it with cheese and whatever else to finish the process.
