Grilled Delicious Veggies
Veggies on the grill then finished with butter.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces peel the garlic. Now is the time to start your charcoal grill. Season the vegetables with salt. Let the grill heat at least till the coals are turning white.
* Step 2
Grill them on the grill, covered for 30-45 minutes. My heat was around 350° Fahrenheit.
* Step 3
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the veggies saute for 10 minutes. Let rest. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!!
