* Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan, make it really hot, be careful. Cut the well washed bok choys in half and lay them with the cut surface into the pan. Make it grilled, and add the spices.
* Step 2
Turn the bok choys around and add spices again, keep turning them till they are nice grilled. Enjoy on its own for a low calorie full flavor dish
