Smokey Lamb on a Grill with Veggies
Happy St Patrick's Day 2024!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add olive oil on the bottom of your pan. Chop the onion and add to the pan. Slice the leeks.
* Step 2
Slice the carrot peel and slice the potatoes into manageable pieces. Season the vegetables with salt and sage. Season the meat with some of all the spices. Add parkay margarine to the tops of the lamb. Slice the butter into pats and put on top of the veggies. Put half a pat on top of each chunk of meat.
* Step 3
Add the pan to a hot grill for about 2 hours.
* Step 4
Heat you oven hot and turn it off. Add the lamb and veggies to the oven covered. This is to just keep it warm.
* Step 5
All sliced and ready. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
