Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Doodh ko 20 minutes tak pakayein jab tak thora gadha ho Jaye. Ab usme rangeen ya plain Vermicelli ya sewai dal ke pakayein jab tak woh naram na ho jaye.

* Step 2

Ab 1/4 cup thandi dhoodh mein cornflour dal ke mila lein r ise doodh ke mixture mein mila lein, ise gadha hone tak pakayein.

* Step 3

Gas pe se utar lein r bilkul thanda kar lein.

* Step 4

Ab packet mein diye hue nirdesh ke anusar jelly bana ke tayyar kar lein, set hone ke baad chote chote tukdon mein kaat lein.

* Step 5

Ab doodh ke mixture mein condensed milk,cream, fruit cocktail, jelly, rabdi r cham cham mila lein, bhut hi dhyaan r araam se milayein. Kuch jelly r cham cham sajawat ke liye bacha lein.

* Step 6

Uper se dry fruits, jelly, cham cham r gulab jamun se saja dein.

* Step 7

Refrigerator mein rakh kar thanda thanda parosein.
