Chilli chicken

It can be used as starter or side dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken for 10mins and deep fry it. 1tbs oil heat nicely in a fry pan, add onion

* Step 2

Capsicum chilli ginger and garlic. toss 2 mins add fried chicken. add the sauce mix well. 1/2 tbs cornstarch mix with 1/2 cup of water and add. cook 2 mins. garnish with cut spring onion. Chilli chicken ready.
