Japanese Style spicy chicken karage
Chicken Karage is one of my family favorite dishes. The once we find in stores in Tokyo are not spicy, they are either plain salt or with a sweet sauce. I wanted to try the spicy version.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Take a small container mix everything except corn starch, add chicken and massage it with spice mix. Let it sit for atleast 30 mins.
* Step 2
Add a generous amount of corn starch, close the lid and gently shake to coat the chicken with starch.
* Step 3
Heat oil thoroughly and deep fry chicken till golden brown.
* Step 4
Serve them hot with dip or ketchup or salad !!
