Couscous salad and Pan fried Salmon
This a healthy, light, delicious and very easy to cook lunch/ Dinner!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean Fish fillet and marinate. Keep refrigerated for 1 hr.
* Step 2
Mix all the chopped vegetables for couscous in a big bowl add salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Boil water with salt and lemon juice. In a bowl mix couscous and boiled water, cover and keep aside for 5 min.
* Step 4
Heat a pan add butter and fry marinated fish on mid heat for 2 min. Flip and fry other side till cooked.
* Step 5
Mix vegetables and couscous. Add more lemon juice if needed. Serve with pan fried fish.
