Stuffed Paneer Cheela Sandwich

#StuffedDelights - Here is an unusual way of serving your normal everyday cheela / pancake. Add some paneer stuffing and then grill on an open flame or in any sandwich maker. Healthy, wholesome and yummy, they are an ideal breakfast or brunch recipe. I have also added some mixed millets to make them more nutritious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Stuffing - In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients and keep aside.

* Step 2

Cheela - Soak the lentils and the milles in sufficient water for 5-6 hours. Grind along with some water to a smooth paste. Add rest of the ingredients and keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat a non-stick tawa and brush with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it around into a circle.

* Step 4

Drizzle some oil on the edges and cook on a low flame on both sides till light brown in colour. Transfer to a plate. Make similar cheela with the remaining batter.

* Step 5

Sandwich - Grease a open flame sandwich maker and place one cheela. Put some of the stuffing in the centre and cover with another cheela.

* Step 6

Close and grill on an open flame for 2 minutes on each side or till done. Allow it to cool before demoulding it. Make similar sandwiches and serve with some tomato sauce or any homemade chutney.
