Chickpeas & Bell Pepper Salad
#healthysalads - A great option for weight watchers, this chickpea & bell pepper salad is very nutritious and filling. Can be had as a main course. Just throw in some more veggies of your choice and you have a complete meal in front of you. For added flavour you can add some dressing to it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all the ingredients, except salt, in a bowl. Just before serving add salt to taste and toss well.
