Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut mushrooms each into 4. Peel and cut potatoes into thick wedges. Add oil and green chilli into kadai gradually add potatoes and mushroom pieces fry 10 minutes in a low flame.

After that add tomato pieces and again fry for 2 minutes

Grind mustard seeds, Jeera, red chilli and Ginger to a smooth paste

After frying all these things together add Curry patta then mustard paste gradually add haldi, salt and red chilli powder

At first take oil in a kadai add jeera and mustard seeds after that gradually add onion chillies and grated carrot

soya sauce

1 tablespoon

red chili sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first boil noodles strain it wash in a cold water then sprinkle some paper powder and 1 tablespoon of oil mix the things together keep it aside.

* Step 2

Take a flat pan, at first add oil then green chilli and garlic, fry for 2 minutes in a low flame.Gradully add all vegetables while frying all the vegetables do not keep down the flame of gas, then add all kind of sauces,salt and chilli flakes then add ball noodles toss well it's done.

* Step 1

Take a deep bottom pan, add oil & butter, heat it.

Add ginger garlic grated, saute it until rawness is released.

Add chicken pcs, stir fry it for 5 minutes.

Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.

Add whole garam masala, saute it for a minute, add dry red chilli.

Now add onion, stir fry till translucent.

Place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 10 minutes. Switch off the flame, allow it to depressurize.

Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it till gravy becomes a lil thick.
