#ws1_Dahi matar ki sabji is perfect in winters, it goes well with hot rice, I give a small twist by adding small amount of soya chunks in it.

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

of besan

1 cup

marar

2 tablespoons

oil

1/2 teaspoon

haldi

1 teaspoon

Red Chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

dhaniya powder

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

teaspoon of sugar

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Soya granules in lukewarm water for 5 minutes wash it properly squeeze it and keep it aside.

* Step 2

Grind dahi, tamatar and baesan.

* Step 3

Take oil in a kadai add jeera, chilli and Kadi patta. Gradually add dahi, followed by all masalas, sugarand salt gradually add soya chunks and matar give a perfect boil of 10 minutes. Lastly add kasuri methi and put off the gas

It is a perfect recipe__potolo means pointed gourd, pithu means the outer covering we use for fry called pithu,bhaja means fry. It goes well with dal chawal.

Ingredient

250 grams

pointed gourd

1 tablespoon

rice flour

1/2 tablespoon

of besan

1/2 tablespoon

tablespoon of haldi

As per taste

Salt

3 tablespoons

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut each Parwal into 3 vertically.

* Step 2

Take one bowl arrange all these things except oil mentioned for coating with small amount of water, mix all these pieces of Parwal, heat oil in a pan read these pieces, after 4 minutes flip it off cook in a low flame.

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

of jeera

1/2 teaspoon each

dhania + Jeera+ saunf

1/2 teaspoon

of haldi powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

4 tablespoons

oil

1 tablespoon

of Besan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak black chickpea for 6 to 8 hours

Take oil in a cooker, add jeera and sugar, after crackling add onion,

Dry roast saunf+ Dhaniya+ jeera and red Chilli, and pound it to a rough powder

* Step 4

After 2 minutes of frying onions add tomato, green chilli, potato and soaked Chana and all dried masala including salt and pounded masala also, cook for 10 minutes in low flame, add required amount of water to cook for 4 whistles. Dry roast, after removing the whistle add the dry roast besan and mix well give a boil.

* Step 1

Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients for Marination. Mix Well.

Wash and Cut the fruits and add to the Marination. Keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Now take bamboo skewers. Arrange the fruits as per your choice.I have arranged Strawberry, pear, apple, pineapple, and again Strawberry.

Take a grill pan and keep it on medium flame. Add butter/ghee/oil. I have added butter. Now place the sticks on the grill pan and roast it.. keep flipping the sides.

When they did. Serve hot with a dip of your choice. I have served with Strawberries dip.

Prawns ko wash karlen and cut laga kar bareek tar (vien) nikal lein. Salt and lemon laga karke 10-15 mins tuk rack lein.
