* Step 1

In a food processor, put boiled chickpeas, boiled potato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and dry red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala. Grind to make a coarse mixture. Transfer into a plate. Add bread crumbs. Mix all together. If you wish to add onion, ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies, add now. Mix and make a dough. Check if required add salt. Dough is ready. Brush oil all around the dough. Next take small portion from the dough and make tikki.

Next heat oil for shallow frying. Put the prepared tikkis into medium hot oil and fry from both sides till it's crispy and golden brown colour. Drain the extra oil.

It's ready!! Serve hot with chutney/ sauce Enjoy!! You can substitute potato with sweet potato for a more healthier version.

green chutney

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl put boiled kala chana (black chickpeas) and prepared green chutney. Mix well. Keep aside.

Now in another bowl, put chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix very nicely. Now put this into the kala chana and green chutney mixture. Mix all together very nicely.

I didn't add fresh green chillies and coriander leaves as my kids fuss about it. But you certainly add, it adds a lot to the flavour.

This is one of my childhood favourite item..We used to get egg rolls...as prize, if we did anything awesome. These rolls are flaky and at the same time, soft, moist and spicy too...There will be burst of flavours, you'll surely enjoy eating. maida

Salt

Water for kneading

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, put maida and salt. Mix. Next add oil and give moyen for crispiness. Next add water gradually and knead a soft dough. Rest it for 10 minutes. After resting, knead again and divide it into small equal portions. Take one portion, roll it thin.

Brush oil. Give random slits. Join all together.

Circle it to make a round portion which will give you layers. Roll in that, into a roti. Heat tawa, cook one side of each roti.

Stack all one side cooked rotis.

Next make the filling. Heat oil add onion and saute. Next add other vegetables green chillies and cook well. Add salt. Put sauce mixture, black pepper, Chicken masala. Mix all well.

Filling is ready. Keep aside.

Next make the egg mixture. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chicken masala. Whip mix. Next heat a tawa. Put oil. Pour egg mixture and upon that put the cooked side of roti.

Let the egg get cooked. Flip brush oil and cook the other side too. Now assemble. On a plate put the egg roti. Put pizza sauce and spread nicely. Next put the vegetable filling. Upon that put raw onion.

Make a roll. Wrap with butter paper and serve... It's yummy...

This recipe reminds me of my childhood Sundays... This would be a very common breakfast for us...so I inherited the tradition and make this paratha every other Sunday...It is a simple yet yum recipe. #cookpadindia #egg #paratha

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, knead maida having salt and a tbsp of oil. Knead a soft dough. Brush oil on the dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Then break eggs, add all the above-mentioned ingredients, and whip mix. Though I didn't add the last three ingredients as because, otherwise my kids would do nakhra and won't eat. But you certainly add it enhances the flavor. Then roll out thin rotis. Cook one side.

On the cooked side pour the egg mixture. Fold from three sides, making a triangle.

Now cook in slow flame. Flip carefully.

These are crispy instant dosas with achaari dahi dip.. Make it anytime and enjoy

Ingredient

1 pinch

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, oats, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, hing and ajwain. Mix all well.

Now gradually add water and with a whisker go on mixing. Make a lump free batter. Now cover this bowl and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes you will find the batter looks thicker. So gradually add water and mix with a whisker. You have to make a runny batter.

So now batter is ready to make plain crispy dosas. But you can very well add the above-mentioned ingredients to make a different version too.

I have made the plain ones. Heat a conditioned tawa. You can use a ladle or use your clean hands pour the runny batter pouring it making a net dosa, resembling a rava dosa.

Let the dosa dry then only brush oil for roasting else it will absorb more oil. As it becomes crisp. Flip.

It's ready... Bring on a serving plate. Have with achaari dahi dip. Take a bowl of thick dahi, add spicy pickle of your choice. Adjust spiciness as per your preference. Mix well. Achaari dahi dip is ready...
