Turkish Bulgur Pilaf is a healthy, nutritious, tasty, vegan one pot meal that comes together within 30 minutes. Especially popular in turkey as a side dish or as a main meal, the main flavour is from the herbs, onion and tomato.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and stir fry for a few seconds. Add garlic and chopped bell pepper. Stir fry and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, mix well. Cover the pan and allow the mixture to cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt, cumin and pepper powders and mix well. Add bulgur wheat, and stock or water mix well.

Cover the pan and allow the mixture to cook for 15 minutes. Check if the bulgur wheat is cooked. If not add a little more water or stock and cook. Mine was done in 15 minutes.

Cover the pan and allow the bulgur pilaf to rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot Turkish Bulgur Pilaf with some yogurt or with grilled meat, kebabs.

These tuna patties are easy to make, using simple ingredients you have in your pantry and fridge and pretty quick too. You can even have your potatoes boiled one day before and save some more time. Tuna in combination with mashed potato, corn, lemon and green onion seems to be a winner for our family and I am certain it will be for you too. Just give them a try.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash the potatoes using a potato masher. Add the tuna flakes and mix with a fork.

Finally add lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Heat oil over medium high heat in a nonstick pan. Cook patties for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil. Clean the pan with a paper towel and repeat until all patties are done. Serve with your favorite salad, and sauce.

I’ve wanted to make them since Riley said, “You takin' her to Red Lobster with the cheddar biscuits. The fam ain't eatin' cheddar biscuits but this random broad is eatin' cheddar biscuits.”

Ingredient

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a mixing bowl sift all the dry ingredients. Grate margarine and mix. With a mixer incorporate margarine till mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

In different steps add cheese, mix, then add parsley, mix that then add buttermilk.

Mix to this consistency. Spoon out onto a prepared baking dish and bake for 17 minutes.

On medium heat fry onion garlic and chilli till onions are soft. Add parsley and then add kale.

After 5 minutes add seasoned chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add green beans, spinach and edamame beans and toss. Add vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 200degrees Celsius. On low heat, fry onions origanum and basil for 30 minutes. Season chicken with aromat and paprika and sear for 10 minutes on each side and set aside.

Deglaze the pan with chicken stock and cream. Return chicken and place caramelized onions on top of each piece of chicken.

Place cheese and sprinkle with parsley and place in oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy 🤩
